6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu ("KVKK") kapsamında hazırlanan aydınlatma metnidir.

1. İşlenen veriler
Ad, yaş aralığı, uygulama içi tercihler ve takip kayıtları.
2. İşleme amacı
Size uygun günlük öneriler sunmak ve ilerlemenizi kaydetmek.
3. Hukuki sebep
Açık rızanız ve hizmetin sunulabilmesi için zorunlu olması.
4. Toplama yöntemi
Verileriniz, mobil uygulamayı kullanırken doğrudan sizin girdiğiniz bilgiler (kayıt formu, anket, günlük kayıtlar) ve uygulamanın teknik olarak otomatik ürettiği eşzamanlama verileri yoluyla elektronik ortamda toplanır.
5. Aktarım ve saklama
Hizmetin sunulması için hesap ve teknik veriler Firebase bulut altyapısında işlenebilir. Desteklenen hassas serbest metin alanları cihaz üzerinde şifrelenerek aktarılır; gerekli teknik metadata şifrelenmeden tutulabilir. Verileriniz, hizmet sağlayıcımız Google Cloud/Firebase altyapısı gereği yurt dışındaki (örneğin ABD'deki) sunucularda işlenebilir ve saklanabilir; bu aktarımlar için Google'ın sunduğu sözleşmesel veri koruma güvenceleri (AB Standart Sözleşme Hükümleri dahil) esas alınır. Verileriniz hesabınız aktif olduğu sürece saklanır; hesap silme talebinizin ardından genellikle birkaç gün içinde kalıcı olarak silinir.
6. Haklarınız
Kanunun 11. maddesi uyarınca aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- İşlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme
- İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Yurt içinde/yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri bilme
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini isteme
- Kanuni şartlar çerçevesinde silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme
- Düzeltme/silme işlemlerinin aktarılan üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme
- İşlenen verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi suretiyle aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme
- Kanuna aykırı işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme
7. Başvuru ve şikayet yolu
Yukarıdaki haklarınızı kullanmak için destek@ebrutalks.com adresinden bize yazılı olarak başvurabilirsiniz. Talebinize makul bir süre içinde yanıt veririz. Talebinizin reddedilmesi, verilen cevabın yetersiz bulunması veya süresinde cevap verilmemesi hâlinde Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu'na (kvkk.gov.tr) şikayette bulunabilirsiniz.

1. Data processed
Name, age range, in-app preferences, and tracker records.
2. Purpose of processing
To provide you with suggestions tailored to you and to record your progress.
3. Legal basis
Your explicit consent, and the necessity of processing for the provision of the service.
4. Collection method
Your data is collected electronically, both directly from information you provide (sign-up form, questionnaire, journal entries) and through technical synchronization data automatically generated by the app.
5. Transfer and retention
Account and technical data may be processed on Firebase cloud infrastructure to provide the service. Supported sensitive free-text fields are encrypted on-device before transfer; required technical metadata may remain unencrypted. Due to our service provider Google Cloud/Firebase, your data may be processed and stored on servers located abroad (for example, in the United States); such transfers rely on contractual data protection safeguards provided by Google, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Your data is retained for as long as your account is active, and is permanently deleted, typically within a few days, after you request account deletion.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred, domestically or abroad
- Request correction if processed incompletely or incorrectly
- Request deletion or destruction within the framework of applicable law
- Request that correction/deletion actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred
- Object to a result that is to your detriment arising solely from automated analysis of your data
- Claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

To exercise the rights above, you may write to us at destek@ebrutalks.com. We respond within a reasonable time. If your request is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Turkish Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr).
